Despite all good intentions the last entry cadence slowed the write in the blog again bad. A pity, but that seems to keep just like that in the nature of the matter to rest. The following are a few milestones of the last house six months are listed below: *
Keller - with the exception of the proposed cinema development - that is deleted and covered with Parador laminate walnut finish. The rooms look so obviously a lot cozier and friendlier. All this we have made in-house performance.
* Rectification and closing statements and the official completion with Renggli has taken place, yet ultimately to our complete satisfaction. The beginning of 2008 from us reallocated project Bruno Stalder handled the residual Pendenezen speedy and pragmatic. There have been some little discussion here and there, but they are all been resolved in our favor. As a graduation gift from Renggli sollen wir in den nächsten Tagen noch zwei Sonnenliegen aus Holz erhalten, let's see ....
* Die definitive Minergie-Zertifizierung ist ebenfalls erteilt worden! Siehe dazu auch das Bild der offiziellen Minergie-Plakete.
* Ein offener Punkt mit Renggli respektive mit dem Elektro-Insatallationsuternehmen haben wir nach wie vor: Installation der Staubsauger-Dosen im UG (geht noch über GU-Vertrag) sowie Verkauf und Installation einer Staubsaugeranlage. Da hoffen wir nach wie vor sehr stark, dass wir diese Sache bald einmal erledigen können.
* Garten / Umgebung planen und ausführen. Dieses letzte grosse Teilprojekt ist mit der Offertphase Ende Februar / anfangs März gone into its hot phase.
