Start with a garden and environment construction (25.05.2008)

If we ever again on the blog, then let's degree right ...

The gardener has to build this week (finally) with a Equippers started our garden. been
Our desires are in the planning process by friend Luzi often channeled in a particular direction (meant positively!) and deepened. Thank you again for that!

The following key points be considered:
* pad driveway and path to the entrance is Saibro, a seepage cement pavement (poured). Many gardeners do not.
* wood deck / porch of Douglas fir under the balcony
* Seat of dark basalt (from China, yes we know, dass ..)
* two flower beds edged with a crude steel
* behind house (between entrance and seat) gravel or granite chippings
* various planting discounts on house and granite walls outlined with black basalt paving stones
* several different + / - native shrubs arranged in groups (this include rock pears and Buddleia "Black Knight" - die einzigen die ich mir merken konnte...)
* ausserdem ein Zwetschgenbaum vorne und zwei Spalier-Apfelbäume an der Hausmauer hinten
* Zier-Gräser, Blumewiese auf Böschungen sowie der Rasen vor der Veranda runden das Bild ab

Zum Stand der Arbeit:
* Abgesteckt
* Pflanzbeete sind erstellt
* Fundationen +/- gemacht
* Sickerleitung (wegen Wasserproblematik bei Starkregen) bei Ecke Granitmauer vorbereitet
* Fundation für Holzdeck erstellt
* Pflanzrabatten (respektive deren Umrandugen mit Basalt) auf Belagsflächen Created

We hope now that we have to next weekend a finished seat for use (either porch or basalt place)

What, meanwhile, everything is done (25/07/2008)

Despite all good intentions the last entry cadence slowed the write in the blog again bad. A pity, but that seems to keep just like that in the nature of the matter to rest. The following are a few milestones of the last house six months are listed below: *

Keller - with the exception of the proposed cinema development - that is deleted and covered with Parador laminate walnut finish. The rooms look so obviously a lot cozier and friendlier. All this we have made in-house performance.

* Rectification and closing statements and the official completion with Renggli has taken place, yet ultimately to our complete satisfaction. The beginning of 2008 from us reallocated project Bruno Stalder handled the residual Pendenezen speedy and pragmatic. There have been some little discussion here and there, but they are all been resolved in our favor. As a graduation gift from Renggli sollen wir in den nächsten Tagen noch zwei Sonnenliegen aus Holz erhalten, let's see ....

* Die definitive Minergie-Zertifizierung ist ebenfalls erteilt worden! Siehe dazu auch das Bild der offiziellen Minergie-Plakete.

* Ein offener Punkt mit Renggli respektive mit dem Elektro-Insatallationsuternehmen haben wir nach wie vor: Installation der Staubsauger-Dosen im UG (geht noch über GU-Vertrag) sowie Verkauf und Installation einer Staubsaugeranlage. Da hoffen wir nach wie vor sehr stark, dass wir diese Sache bald einmal erledigen können.

* Garten / Umgebung planen und ausführen. Dieses letzte grosse Teilprojekt ist mit der Offertphase Ende Februar / anfangs März gone into its hot phase. Leopold Festival in Dessau-Rosslau 2008

The 5th Leopold festival takes place from 4th-6th July place in 2008 in Dessau in Dessau around the town hall. It will take place here including concerts and the move to hard Leopold and a colorful medieval market activity with medieval music and slapstick to the square near St. Mary's Church. A concert highlight will be on Saturday, July 5, 2008, SIX New Story to be on the market place. Beginning of the evening, according to program schedule from 21 clock. Die 2. Schlagernacht findet auf der Roßlauer Wasserburg am 24.Mai 2008 um 20 Uhr statt. Präsentiert wird die Schlagernacht von Silke & Dirk Spielberg.
